The Massacre of Zo-Ro was a show of force committed by the Galactic Empire against students of the University of Zo-Ro during a peaceful demonstration. The Empire sent stormtroopers and AT-ATs to stop them and close the University. Jin-Rio Akabi survived the massacre, leading to her joining the Rebel Alliance.[1]
