The Mavinia system was located within the Inner Rim.[2] It was the origin point of the musical instrument known as the Mavinian cluster-wedding organ.[3][4]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The Mavinia system was introduced in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed the system in grid square N-13.[2]

Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for the Mavinian cluster-wedding organ in relation to the Mavinia system.
