- "I, uh, used to work on Coruscant…at a ship factory…of new ships."
"You expect us to believe you graduated from the Mechanic's Academy?"
"Mechanic's Aca— ha! No! No, no, no, no, no. I'm self-taught." - ―Kazuda Xiono and Tamara Ryvora
The Mechanic's Academy was an academy for mechanics.[1] In 34 ABY,[2] during his mission on the supertanker fuel depot Colossus on the planet Castilon, the Resistance spy Kazuda Xiono told his fellow mechanics Tamara Ryvora and Neeku Vozo that he had worked in a ship factory on[1] the planet[3] Coruscant beforehand in order to keep his true affiliation a secret. The claim prompted Ryvora to ask if he expected them to believe he had graduated from the Mechanic's Academy, which Xiono stated was not the case and that he was instead self-taught.[1]
