Mehar Grot was the Commander of Alliance Base 16 on the planet Gaulus during the Galactic Civil War. Grot became aware that an espionage droid had compromised the base's location, and requested evacuation as soon as possible, as well as informing Channe Dar of Alliance Intelligence.
