A micro-grenade launcher, or MGL, was a handheld weapon that fired grenades.
History[]
During the Galactic Civil War, the Rebel Alliance had a team of operatives stationed on Coruscant. The team's Wookiee munitions expert, Drokkatta, favored a model MGL-9 micro-grenade launcher nicknamed "Boomer."[2]
During the Cold War, the Guavian Death Gang's security soldiers used a model of MGL manufactured by Tostovin Munitions. This model was fitted with a drum magazine.[1] Dokar Venas utilized a micro-grenade launcher.[3]
