"Are you Shepp? I heard you know all the best gunslingers around here."
"Oh, sure. Let's see. There's Mig Dryko. He's dead. Vok'ta the Knife. She's dead. The Taho twins. Dead. You know Hoss?"
"Uh, yeah. He's dead."
"Blaster hands don't last long out here."
―Kay Vess and Shepp[2]

Mig Dryko was a gunslinger who operated on the desert planet Tatooine. He was one of the best blaster hands that the retired mercenary Shepp knew, but had died[2] by 3 ABY.[1] Before his death, however, he had left the materials to apply a paint job to a S57 Cardinal speeder bike at a camp in South Jundland Wastes region of the Outer Rim Territories planet Tatooine.[2]

In 3 ABY,[1] the thief Kay Vess spoke to Shepp while seeking an expert gunslinger to train her and asked who the best gunslingers in the area were. The mercenary listed Dryko along with several other skilled gunslingers who were deceased before noting that few of their sort lasted long on Tatooine. At another point, Ves discovered and took Dryko's stash.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

Mig Dryko was mentioned in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game, Star Wars Outlaws. Their stash contains one of the collectible paint schemes, "Captain Paint Job," that can be used to customize the player's speeder in the game.[2]
