Mina was a youngling on the planet Vuundalla during the High Republic Era. She was the daughter of Renaad. Mina, Renaad and their fellow villagers were subjects of King Pychor Vuundir and Queen Dafne Vuundir, who cared little for their subjects' welfare. After Mina's village was devastated by a groundquake, the Jedi younglings Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay and Nubs convinced Prince Cyrus Vuundir to gather supplies to help the villagers rebuild their village. Cyrus's efforts won him the praise of the local villagers particularly Mina, who hugged him twice.[1]
Later, Mina and Renaad were present when Cyrus gave his Jedi friends Brightstar, Solay and Nubs a tour of their village, which was undergoing rebuilding. Shortly later, the Comet Runners pirate gang raided the village and stole their herd of fathiers. Cyrus comforted Mina and promised to rescue the fathiers with the help of the Jedi. After Cyrus assumed his pirate alter ego Taborr Val Dorn and defeated the Comet Runners, the Jedi returned the fathiers to the villagers. After Renaad thanked Cyrus for helping them, Mina offered to teach him to ride a fathier.[3]
