The Ministry of State was a department of the New Republic responsible for foreign policy and relations. Headed by the Minister of State, the Ministry of State served as the internal affairs section of the General Ministry, attending to the bureaucratic needs of the New Republic.
The Ministry of State also possessed a few non-internal duties.
