Miskara was the ruler of the nomadic Vagaari Empire who lead the Vagaari species and their slaves.
History[]
During a battle against the Jedi—a group of peacekeepers—aboard the Outbound Flight colony starship and the Chiss Picket Force Two, the Miskara was killed, and the Vagaari slaver fleet fled.[2] By 23 ABY, another Miskara made contact with the "Far Outsiders,"[1] the extra-galactic Yuuzhan Vong species,[3] and helped them plan their invasion of the galaxy. After the invasion, the Vagaari Empire captured territories formerly owned by those killed by the Yuuzhan Vong.[1]

A Vagaari was the Miskara, who was addressed to as "Your Eminence" and traveled somewhere near the Unknown Regions' Crustai system after Human smuggler Jorj Car'das provided him with the location of a base in the system.[2]
Eligibility[]
To become the Miskara, a candidate required the support of a significant cadre and had to murder the reigning Miskara. Once the leader was killed, the cadre became the new aristocracy.[1] In 27 BBY,[3]
