A mission to Endor was carried out by a member of the Jedi Praxeum during the Disciples of Ragnos crisis in 14 ABY.
Luke Skywalker sent several Jedi to places where he felt a strong connection to the Force, after Alora sliced into his records. The objective of the mission was to investigate cult or Imperial Remnant presence on the moon. The mission to Endor was inconclusive, and Skywalker and Jedi Apprentice Jaden Korr suspected the cult had already drained the Force energy from the sites mentioned in Luke's personal records.
