- "My mission to the twelfth moon of Yout has failed."
- ―KRONOS-327, to Ziro the Hutt
The mission to Yout 12 was a mission undertaken by KRONOS-327 on Yout 12 during the Clone Wars.
The mission[]
- "After all these years, my most trusted of assassins has finally failed."
- ―Ziro the Hutt
During the Clone Wars,[4] in 22 BBY,[3] Ziro the Hutt sent the assassin droid KRONOS-327 on a mission to Yout 12 in order to eliminate a rival Black Sun Vigo.[2]
However, the IG-86 sentinel droid botched the mission on the twelfth moon of the planet Yout,[4] in the Qiilura sector of the Mid Rim.[5]
Aftermath[]
- "O Ziro the Hutt, Master of the Hutt Clan on seven systems, I am sorry, Your Highness. It will not happen again."
"I know. Take him away, and use him for spare parts!" - ―KRONOS-327 and Ziro the Hutt

KRONOS-327 reports his failure to Ziro the Hutt
Eventually, KRONOS-327 returned to Ziro's Palace on Coruscant to report his failure,[1] believing that he could complete the mission if given another chance.[6]
However, Ziro the Hutt decided that KRONOS-327 was no longer useful and activated a secret control that neutralized the droid's weapons.[2] The crime lord then ordered that the droid be dismantled and used for spare parts.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
The mission to Yout 12 was first mentioned in the 2008 reference book Star Wars: The Clone Wars: The Visual Guide,[2] just prior to the release of the film Star Wars: The Clone Wars.[1]
