―Gnost-Dural outlining the plan[src]

The mission to Ziost took place during the Galactic War as part of Operation End Game. In order to sabotage and defeat the Ascendant Spear, Jedi Master Gnost-Dural and SIS agent Theron Shan stole a Black cipher from the office of the Imperial Minister of Logistics, Davidge. Feigning a terrorist assassination, they were able to replace the functioning cipher with a damaged one and escaped back to Coruscant with the functioning cipher. They were then able to use this cipher to track the Ascendant Spear's movements.
