In 228 BBY,^[2] the Jedi Order and Galactic Republic carried out missions across the Nihil pirates Stormwall that prevented hyperspace travel in order to rescue individuals who were trapped in the Nihil's Occlusion Zone region of space and return them to Republic space. During one such mission, Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh successfully rescued a resistance cell. While at least seven of the missions were successful, two failed, with the Jedi and pilots dying, as well as five refugees in one instance.^[1]
