A mollusk recordkeeper
A mollusk[1] or mollusc[2] was any of numerous species that typically had a soft meaty body and a protective shell. Examples included the Paklarn grist mollusks.[1] Non-sentient mollusks were a source of food to certain intelligent species, like the Gungan.[3] The meat of mollusks could be used to make mollusk jerky, which was considered a delicacy on the Inner Rim planet Pijal.[4] There also existed at least one race of sentient mollusks.[5]
