- "What have you heard about Mount Arakeirkos?"
"I'm not familiar with it."
"Neither am I. But at the top, there's a great clock set in stone, built by the Arakein Monks almost two thousand standard years ago. According to legend, whoever watches each swing of it's pendulum for a day will have the lifespan of the universe revealed before his eyes." - ―Micha Evon and Hazram Namir
Mount Arakeirkos was a mountain where at the top the Arakein Monks built a great clock set in stone almost two thousand years prior to the Galactic Civil War. According to legend, whoever watched each swing of its pendulum for a whole day would have the lifespan of the universe revealed before their eyes. Captain Micha Evon, of the Alliance's Sixty-First Mobile Infantry, told this to First Sergeant Hazram Namir[1] in 3 ABY.[2]
Behind the scenes
Mount Arakeirkos was first mentioned in the 2015 novel Battlefront: Twilight Company, written by Alexander Freed.[1]
