Mount Gethzerion was a mountain affiliated with Mother Talzin[1] of the Dathomirian Nightsisters.[2] While Talzin's son Maul was exiled on the junk world of Lotho Minor, he lured salvager Captain Spikewheel to the planet to hijack their starship and escape to Mount Gethzerion. However, Spikewheel's crew discovered the plot and foiled Maul's attempt.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
Mount Gethzerion was first mentioned in the canon comic book Star Wars Adventures: Return to Vader's Castle 1, which was written by Cavan Scott and published in 2019.[1] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, Gethzerion was the name of a Nightsister leader from the Singing Mountain Clan, who was introduced in the 1994 novel The Courtship of Princess Leia.[3]
