Mudhorns were large horned creatures that inhabited Arvala-7. The eggs of Mudhorns were considered a delicacy by Jawas.[1]
Biology and appearance
Mudhorns appear to have a large keratinous horn, flat teeth, and long, woolly fur. It is oviparous, laying a single egg per clutch. The exterior of this egg is woolly in the same manner as the skin of the Mudhorn, and the interior yolk is yellow.[1]
History
Around 9 ABY, a Mudhorn encountered and fought a Mandalorian bounty hunter, as the latter attempted to retrieve an egg from its cave. It was ultimately killed with the help of a Force-sensitive child.[1]
