Muglan Tarantyne was a Gloovan female criminal who lived during the High Republic Era. After being arrested, Muglan was a sent to the Galactic Republic prison ship Restitution, where she, along with fellow prisoner Parr, served as a bodyguard to Ola Hest. Following the attack on the Restitution by former Nihil Tempest Runner Pan Eyta, Hest was killed and Muglan, with Lourna Dee taking control of the ship, joined the Nihil as part of Lourna Dee's Tempest as a Storm.

Muglan was later present during a battle, in which she, alongside other Nihil, fought to defend the Great Hall of the Nihil against the Republic. She was bisected by a desperate Jedi Master Avar Kriss, but survived, before ultimately passing away at a later point.
