Publisher's summary [ ] The Outer Rim was a vast wilderness where outlaws of all kinds lived, sometimes using one of the planets in the region as a base of operations. Nevarro, for example, was home to the headquarters of the Bounty Hunters Guild after the fall of the Empire. Like Mustafar, other worlds were much more inhospitable, with few indigenous life forms and a handful of adventurers trying to exploit their mineral resources. Other planets, like Mandalore, had taken advantage of their location to remain firmly independent throughout their history. But the Outer Rim also included darker regions often associated with the ancient Sith Order, which had established places like Moraband and Malachor as the seat of its terrible power in a time almost forgotten during the Galactic Civil War. Many of these planets, however, played a major role in the history of the galaxy. [ 1]
