The Naboo Planetary Archives were an archive of files relating to the Mid Rim planet Naboo. Theed Birth Registration: #TC846317, a file documenting the birth of Sheev Palpatine in Naboo's capital Theed[1] in 84 BBY[2] was stored in the "Media and Press" section of the archives, while a file from the Naboo Planetary Tourist Bureau on the[1] farming community[3] Dee'ja Peak and its notable theatre was stored in the "Tourism" section.[1]
The "Naboo Crisis" section included a file on the Trade Federation blockade of Naboo during the invasion of the world[1] in 32 BBY.[2] The historian Beaumont Kin cited all three of these files in[1] his[4] book The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire[1] in 35 ABY.[5]
Behind the scenes[]
The Naboo Planetary Archives were mentioned in the 2024 reference book Star Wars: The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire, which was written by Dr. Chris Kempshall.[1]

- ↑ Star Wars: The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire states that thirty years have passed since the end of the Galactic Civil War and months have passed since the Battle of Exegol. As Star Wars: Timelines dates the end of the war to 5 ABY and the Battle of Exegol to 35 ABY, the in-universe The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire must have been published in 35 ABY.
