- "Ah, you're from Nar Kanji, ain't ya? I can tell, because of that thick, low-class accent."
- ―Dengar, to Tasu Leech
Nar Kanji was an Outer Rim world[1] that was the homeworld of the Jablogian species.[5] Long before the Cold War, it became a Hutt colony world and its human colonists were enslaved and consequently subjected to years of exploitation and suppression. Following a gang war within the Hutt cartels that left the world in disarray, the humans overthrew their overlords and struck out on their own. Tasu Leech,[1] the topboss of Kanjiklub,[8] a gang of renegade slaves[9] from Nar Kanji, grew up on this world.[10] The Elite Praetorian Guard specialized in several forms of martial arts, including Nar Kanji "Blind Alley" techniques.[11] According to the bounty hunter Dengar, the people of Nar Kanji spoke with a distinct, lower-class accent.[7]
