Neebray mantas were a type of flying creature found throughout the galaxy, dwelling on planets like Tatooine,[5] moons like the Rishi moon,[4] and even in the void of space in the Kaliida Nebula.[3] The monstrously large neebray mantas found in space fed on space gases.[6] Baby neebrays could be found on Rugosa[2] and in space.[7] They were biologically related to tibidees and mynocks.[8] Neebrays had large teeth and spotted patterns on their skin in adulthood.[3]
