Neelo Droobas was a male Ortolan living on Hoth during the Galactic War. Around 3642 BBY he tried to warn the Galactic Republic about Frostclaw, a giant ferocious Skel who attacked the Ortolans. However, the officials refused to believe him and Droobas was forced to ask a Republic citizen to take Frostclaw out.[1]
