The Neo-Cobral Overlord was a criminal leader who lived on Rori during the Galactic Civil War. The Overlord ruled the Neo-Cobral,^[1] a criminal organization formed from the remnants of the Cobral, a gang of smugglers and black market dealers who once controlled the planet Frego.^[2]
