The Neuvia system was a part of the Colonies region. It was situated on the super-hyperroute known as the Perlemian Trade Route, which connected it to the Ralltiir, Delle, and Yabol Opa systems and served as the dividing line between the regions known as the Northern Dependencies and the Slice. During the Clone Wars, it was located in an area of space affiliated with the Galactic Republic.[1] The Neuvia system was the origin point of the ice cream known as Neuvian sundae.[2][3]
Behind the scenes[]
The Neuvia system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square L-9.[1]

(backup link) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for the Neuvian sundae in relation to the Neuvia system.
