New Javis was a planet in Tapani sector's New Javis system. Prior to the rise of the Galactic Empire, it was part of Pelagia Province. After House Mecetti decimated House Pelagia, New Javis was taken over by House Calipsa. New Javis had the second highest population in Calipsa Province next only to Calipsa itself.
