The New Thinking Division was a branch of the Imperial Science Bureau of the reconstituted Sith Empire. Nadrin Tro was a scientist from this division of the Bureau who was selected to aid the Sith's mission on Makeb in acquiring isotope-5. Unlike the typical Imperial, Nadrin Tro was not a human; instead he was a Neimoidian, selected for service for his loyalty to the Empire.
