Nexu was a Acclamator-class assault ship that served as a troop transport in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars.
History[]
The warship was placed under the command of Admiral Arikakon Baraka. CT-9/85 served as its communications technician. The ship was used during training exercises on Vandor-3 in 21 BBY, then sent to Ord Cestus to threaten the planet's leaders. During this mission, the ship targeted the bunker where the leaders of the Five Families were hiding and destroyed it.
Behind the scenes[]
While The Cestus Deception describes the Nexu as a "supercruiser", The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia established the ship to be an Acclamator-class.
