Nimi Chireen was recruited into the Resistance by Ello Asty alongside her brother Aarton. Chireen was held in reserve until after the Battle of Crait, when she rejoined the remaining Resistance fighters.[1] In 35 ABY,[3] Chireen was at the Resistance base and had just been assigned her own T-70 X-wing starfighter.[4] Commander Poe Dameron believed she had great potential.[5] After the Battle of Exegol and the destruction of Darth Sidious and the Sith Eternal, she joined in the victory celebrations.[2]
