"Uh-oh. Blast them." - ―OWO-1 and a Corporal security battle droid
OWO-1[3] was an OOM command battle droid stationed aboard the Saak'ak in 32 BBY during the Invasion of Naboo. It was sent by Viceroy of the Trade Federation Nute Gunray to make certain that Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice, Obi-Wan Kenobi, had been killed by a dose of deadly dioxis gas. Going with a squad of OOM-series security droids, the droid commander went to the gas-filled room and saw that the gas had not functioned properly. Moments later, the droid and its squad were destroyed by the Jedi.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
OWO-1 was named in the script for Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace. The name later appeared in the non-canon adaption William Shakespeare's The Phantom of Menace: Star Wars Part the First.[3]

But in the case of OWO-1, that's from the Episode I script so the Shakespeare book pulled from that." (backup link)
