Oba Dunimea was an outspoken sculptor, novelist and composer from the planet Alderaan who was one of the loudest critics of the Galactic Empire. At some point following Alderaan's destruction by the Empire, she produced the propaganda piece "Remember Alderaan" for the Alliance to Restore the Republic to commemorate her homeworld and help encourage resistance against the Empire. She was eventually killed by officers of the Imperial Security Bureau who had been tasked with silencing surviving Alderaanians.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Oba Dunimea was first mentioned in the reference book Star Wars Propaganda: A History of Persuasive Art in the Galaxy, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo and released on October 25, 2016.
