Odin Nesloor was a human podracer mechanic with fair skin and brown hair.[1] In 32 BBY,[2] Nesloor was in[3] the city of Mos Espa[1] on the desert planet Tatooine during the build up to the Boonta Eve Classic podrace.[3]
Prior to the race, the mechanic was in the podracer hangar[3] of Mos Espa Grand Arena[4] working on the repulsorpod of the podracer Gasgano's[3] Ord Pedrovia[4] vehicle when the local junk dealer Watto led the Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and the Gungan Jar Jar Binks into the hangar. After the race, Nesloor was sat on a crate in the hangar working on a device while the racer Anakin Skywalker celebrated his victory. While working,[3] Nelsoor wore a green jumpsuit with a black vest and leg coverings, black boots, a brown scarf, black headgear, and black and silver ear defenders.[4]
Behind the scenes[]
Odin Nesloor appeared in the 1999 prequel trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.[3] In the current Star Wars canon, Nelsoor was first identified in the 2017 reference book Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia.[1] The name originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where the character was first identified on a card in the 2001 "Coruscant Limited" set released by Decipher for the Star Wars Customizable Card Game.[5]
