The Imperial Officer Corps of the Galactic Empire
An officer corps was a type of unit within various militaries that was composed entirely of officers. The Gungan Grand Army maintained an officer corps,[1] as did the InterGalactic Banking Clan Collections and Security Division and Confederacy of Independent Systems with the Muun officer corps.[2] The Galactic Empire maintained the Imperial Officer Corps for all Imperial officers in service.[3] The Imperial Death Star trooper officer corps was the officer corps of Death Star Trooper officers that served aboard the Death Star. The Imperial Navy also maintained its own officer corps.[4] The Chiss Ascendancy employed two officer corps the Expansionary Defense Fleet officer corps[5] for the Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet, and the senior officer corps[6] for the Chiss Defense Force.
