Omicron Formation was a tactic used by the stormtroopers of the First Order. During the First Order's attack on the planet Kashyyyk, the formation was employed by a stormtrooper commander stationed in the Black Forest in an attempt to locate and kill the Wookiee Resistance member Chewbacca.[1]
