"Files acquired during Operation: Freefall reference a "Doctor E. Lokin" working as Science and Medical Advisor to Kaas City military police during this period, but no visual is provided."
―SIS dossier on Lokin[src]

Operation: Freefall was a clandestine operation conducted by the Republic Strategic Information Service, the Galactic Republic's intelligence agency, during the Great Galactic War with the Sith Empire.[1] Sometime between 3681 BBY to 3653 BBY,[2] the SIS recovered files on the Empire during the operation. Analysis of those files included mentions of a "Doctor E. Lokin" who worked before the war as Science and Medical Advisor to the military police of Kaas City, the Empire's capital city on the planet Dromund Kaas. Sometime afterwards, the capture of the Imperial dreadnaught Warhammer saw the first confirmed sighting of Lokin.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Operation: Freefall was first mentioned in the Codex entry for Doctor Lokin in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a 2011 video game released by BioWare. The operation's date was never specified.[1]
