Orflon was a frozen, uncharted asteroid located near the Demophon system. It was the location of Asteroid Base, the only permanent Alliance to Restore the Republic base near Demophon during the Galactic Civil War. It was so remote that it was not even inhabited by mynocks.[1]

Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, indicated in June 2015 that Orflon was excluded from The Essential Atlas Online Companion because it was a wandering astronomical object.[2]
