Pergola's Bridge was a famous,[2] tan-colored, man-made bridge that crossed the Solleu River within the planet Naboo's human capital city, Theed.[1] By 32 BBY,[3] it had become the main crossing point on the Solleu, which took some of the stress off of Bassa Bridge, a more fragile bridge located downstream.[1]

Behind the scenes[]

"Whenever you think 'my grapple can't reach that!' try jumping or dropping down to get a little closer to that ledge. Who knows, it could work, or you could seriously hurt yourself. Only one way to find out."
―The hint given by an astromech droid to find the kyber brick beneath Pergola Bridge[4]

In the current Star Wars canon, Pergola's Bridge was first mentioned in "Theed: Naboo's Capital City," an article in the "Guide to the Galaxy" department of the twenty fourth issue of De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine,[2] which was released on around June 17, 2015[5] Pergola's Bridge was then pictured in canon in the 2016 reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations. It was part of material reprinted[1] from the 2000 reference book Inside the Worlds of Star Wars: Episode I, which was written by Kristin Lund, illustrated by Richard Chasemore and Hans Jenssen, and marked the first mention of the bridge in the Star Wars Legends continuity.[6]

In the 2022 non-canon video game LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Pergola Bridge is depicted with two arches[4] rather then the one depicted in Complete Locations.[1] There is a kyber brick located beneath on of the arches which can be collected by using a pair of grappling points built into the sides of the arch. An astromech droid gives the player a hint as to where the brick can be found in the mission "Downtown Dividend."[4]
