The Persavi system was located in the Taldot sector,[1] a part of the Kashyyyk Region in the Slice portion of[2] the Mid Rim.[1] During the Clone Wars, the Persavi system followed the lead of the worlds Antar, Ando, and Sy Myrth, which had previously seceded from the Galactic Republic, and also broke its ties with the Republic. The Confederacy of Independent Systems, which the Persavi system joined, came to heavily rely on the system's military forces during the former's conflict with the Republic.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
The Persavi system was first mentioned in The Essential Guide to Warfare, a 2012 reference book authored by Jason Fry and Paul R. Urquhart.[3] The StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas later placed the system in grid square Q-9.[1]
