Peter Sturgeon is an actor that was arranged to play a 'Crocker' (later canonically named as Saurins) in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope as documented in the 1979 book The Art of Star Wars featuring sketches by John Mollo.[1]
For unknown reasons, Sturgeon did not end up playing any of the Crockers in the final film; he was replaced by Barbara Frankland and an unknown actress (whom would later be replaced by Laurie Goode.[2]
