Phin-Law Wo was a Jedi Master of the Jedi Order who was stationed in the Jedi Temple on[1] the planet[2] Vrogas Vas. Wo recorded teachings in a Jedi holocron, instructing to protect it at all costs.[1] By 0 ABY,[3] the holocron fell into the hands of Grakkus the Hutt, a crime lord who operated on the moon Nar Shaddaa.[1] That year,[3] Grakkus captured the Force-sensitive rebel Luke Skywalker and asked him to open the holocron, threatening Skywalker with death. The rebel managed to open it, and Wo's hologram appeared in the room. As a Jedi, Wo wore Jedi robes.[1]

Phin-Law Wo's hologram appeared in the ninth issue of the 2015 comic-book series Star Wars. The comic was written by Jason Aaron, illustrated by Stuart Immonen, and published by Marvel Comics[1] on September 16, 2015.[4]
