Pirate King was a title held by some pirate leaders. Its feminine equivalent was Pirate Queen.
This title was held by the King of the Phosphura Belt Pirates.[1] During the Western Reaches Operation, several pirates holding this title supported the Separatist holdouts.[2] It was also used to designate the former pirate and warlord Xer VIII after he had taken control of the Kingdom of Cron, although he completely gave up his pirate activity and ruled as a true monarch.[3] This title was sometimes used to designate the pirate Nym after he took control and ruled the planet Lok.[4]
