Template:Bureaucrat character infobox Councilman Po Ruddle Lingsnot was a former used cloud car salesman who was elected to the Council of Tourism and Extra-Planetary Investment of Cloud City on the planet Bespin. Unlike most bureaucrats, he was involved in every vital event and was a welcome sight among interplanetary dignitaries who visited the city. He also spared no expense in spreading the virtues of Bespin, particularly Cloud City, which he hoped to become Baron Administrator of someday.
Behind the scenes
"The Lingsnots" were first introduced in the non-canon Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas, in a letter written to friends. The writer of the letter—possibly Po Ruddle—is the parent of Ussto, Miiliki-spoorr and Ciption, all non-canon characters.
