Poobian,[2] also known as Pooba,[1] was a language spoken by Nubs, a Pooba Jedi Initiate[1] during the High Republic Era.[3]

Poobian first appeared in "Meet the Young Jedi," the first short of the animated series Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures,[1] which was released on March 27, 2023.[4] The language was identified in the short's subtitles.[1]
