Praktin was a location in the galaxy that the Rebel Alliance's Sixty-First Mobile Infantry was sent to during the Galactic Civil War. General Philap Bygar acknowledged this when meeting the companys captain, Micha Evon, the former Imperial governor Everi Chalis and their escort at a rebel base on the planet Hoth. The general told them that he believed that no one deserved to be sent to Praktin or Blacktar Cyst, a terrestrial where the Sixty-First had also been sent.[1]
