The New Republic Defense Fleet's precision air team was an X-wing starfighter squadron. The team performed at the Bail Organa statue-dedication ceremony following speeches. They were based out of the New Republic senatorial complex Senate hangar on the capital Hosnian Prime. Following the First Senator controversy, most of the team elected to join the Resistance, feeling that it was more important than flying air shows.[1]
