Proslis was a Garwian envoy of the Garwian Unity nation in the Unknown Regions.[1] In 19 BBY,[2] Chiss Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nuruodo, core name "Thrawn," and Caregiver Mitth'ali'astov "Thalias" required passage to the Vak Combine nation's capital planet Primea, undetected and under false identities. They were able to arrange passage with Garwian Second Defense Overlord Frangelic, who gave them a place on Proslis' diplomatic ship, which traveled from the Garwian planet Solitair to Primea. After a diplomatic reception on Primea, Proslis was to return aboard his starship to Solitair.[1]
