Pulse bombs were a type of bomb that generated an electromagnetic pulse. The Dressellian Rebel Alliance commando Lokmarcha kept a pulse bomb hidden on his chest when he and several other Alliance troops were brought onto the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Shieldmaiden. The bomb was powerful enough to shut down a large section of the Star Destroyer, though it killed Lokmarcha in the process.[1]
