The Quarantine Zone Survivor was a badge awarded to individuals who managed to survive within the Quarantine Zone, an area that suffered an outbreak of the Blackwing virus. Because of the terrifying circumstances within the area, it was one of the few awards presented to all factions during the Galactic Civil War.

The Quarantine Zone Survivor appeared in the video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. The medal had three sets, each of which represented a specific faction (Imperial, Rebel, and neutral), and was developed alongside the Quarantine Zone itself to promote the then-upcoming book Death Troopers.
