The quenker was a small armored hopping rodent which lived on Dantooine. Its jaws secreted an acidic bile used for eating and digesting its victims' flesh.
Following the Battle of Yavin, the collector Jener Mich tasked a group of spacers to hunt and kill an unreasonable number of quenkers.[2]

Quenkers appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[3]
