Quillin Arkell was a male Velabri and a member of the elite Velabri Lancers. He worked alongside Cryle Cavv and Finn Varatha in the extraction of deep-cover agent Rivoche Tarkin. Following the rescue, Cavv got General Airen Cracken to assign Arkell and Varatha to his newly reinstated Special Ops Group.[1]
